We make secured loans to experienced property developers, and will generally have a first-ranking (or equal first-ranking) security on all land, property and any applicable assets of the borrowers.

Pre-Vetted Opportunities

Interest paid by the borrowers allows us to pay competitive rates of returns to our investors. You can enhance your returns by receiving tax-free interest when investing through the @lpha Capital Bonds IFISA.
